Do I need the free plugin installed to use Pro?
Yes. EbeRent Pro extends the free "EbeRent – Equipment Rental for WooCommerce" plugin (version 1.1.0 or higher) — both need to be installed and active. The free plugin is available at no cost on WordPress.org.
Will it affect my existing bookings?
No. Installing Pro doesn't change any existing booking or product. Deposits, pricing tiers, extra units and reminders are opt-in, configured per product whenever you're ready.
How do reminders work?
A daily check sends an automatic email the day before pickup and on the day a rental is due back — no manual follow-up needed. Each reminder is sent once per booking.
What happens after I pay?
You receive your license key and a download link by email immediately after checkout. Install the plugin, activate the license, and you're ready to configure your first product.
Can I switch between annual and lifetime later?
